If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Disability access and special requirements

Disabled parking is available in designated bays in the car park. The surgery is easily accessible to the elderly and disabled through the front entrance, which has electronic doors. A wheelchair is available if required, and toilet facilities for the disabled are also available.

Hearing difficulties

The surgery has a portable hearing loop for the hard of hearing, available at the reception desk.

Applying for a blue badge

The quickest and easiest way is to apply online, you can do this by visiting the GOV website.

Alternatively, you can obtain a paper application form by visiting your local library.

Translator

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when requesting an appointment.

Transport for hospital appointments

Whenever possible, patients must ensure to use their own transport to attend hospital appointment, If unable to do so, please ring the patient transport service on 0333 240 4100 Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. Please be aware that this is an extremely busy service.
