We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. To help us with this we are relaunching our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
If you wish to apply to become a member, please complete a registration form which can be found within the PPG section of this website, or you can collect a form from the surgery. Meetings will be held regularly in the surgery.
