Flu clinics at Hingham Surgery will begin in October. Please bear in mind you may receive a link via text message to book your flu vaccinations with us. We are aiming to do the majority of our flu clinics on Saturdays.
If you fall into one of the following groups, please book into an available flu clinic via online services / NHS App in the first instance or contact reception to make an appointment:
Eligible patients include all those aged 65 years and over and those aged 18 to 64 years in one of the following groups:
- Those with an underlying health condition
- Pregnant women
- Those in long-stay residential care homes
- Carers in receipt of carer’s allowance, or those who are the main carer of an elderly or disabled person
- Close contacts of immunocompromised individuals
- Frontline healthcare workers without access to employer led occupational health schemes
Please let us know via the contact the practice form on our website if you wish to decline the flu vaccination this year. This does not prevent you from changing your mind in the future.
