Comments and Suggestions

We are always looking for ways to improve our services.  Your feedback allows us to understand your views and to continue improving the service we provide. 

Located in both waiting rooms are 'Compliment, Complaint, Suggestions Books' for your use, alternatively put your suggestions in writing to the Practice Manager.


Whist we make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our Practice, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint.  Under these circumstances we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.

To make a complaint please contact our Practice Complaints Manager who will deal with your concerns appropriately.
