From Monday 20 March 2017, integrated Norfolk Healthy Child Programme services for 0-19 year olds can be accessed and contacted through just one number:  0300 300 0123

If you are a child, young person or parent/carer living in Norfolk use the above number to speak to a health visitor, school nurse or other member of the integrated Healthy Child Programme services for advice or information.
